Return and Exchange Policy

  • Exchange cannot be claimed on products held to have been used inappropriately, as determined by Hues Studio.
  • ​ Discounted products will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Exchange is eligible if the product received is different from the product for which the order was placed.
  • Exchange is eligible if the product received is damaged, as determined by Hues Studio. In this case, the customer is required to Email us the picture within 24 hours of receiving the product at teamhues2019@gmail.com.
  • Manufacturing defect in the product will be considered for Exchange. The right to determine the manufacturing defect is reserved with Hues Studio.
  • The request for exchange should be made within the next 48 hours after the product has been received by the customer through mail or our Instagram handle.
  • The customer is required to courier the product within 7-10 days from the date it was delivered. In such a case the cost is to be borne by the customer.
  • Exchange is eligible if the product received is different from its description as determined by Hues Studio, however the slight change in colour is not an acceptable flaw for exchange. An exchange will be offered for the same or higher purchase value. In case of a price difference, the store will not refund the cash to the customer.
