Care instructions for FAUX LEATHER:
- Do a quick cleaning every alternate day.
- To clean your bag use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
- Once a year do more thorough cleaning to remove the dirt buildup.

How to store :
Store it stuffed (with cloth or paper) and upright, in the dust bag we provide to maintain it's shape.

Warning :
- Avoid cleaning products with alcohol or other mineral spirits as they will discolor and dry out the material.
- Keep it away from sharp objects or scratches.

- Avoid any contact with water or any liquid.
- Clean it daily with a dry cloth (dusting)
- Spot cleaning (with a damp cloth)

We know how important it is for you to receive your purchased product in good condition and on time. So, we use a large network of shipping partners to deliver our products to you as early and safely as possible.

• Since we are a made to order brand, we'll dispatch the product after 7-10 days from the order confirmation date.
• Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 4 - 5 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
• The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by US.
• Though we use some of the India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them ( Due to COVID-19 ), we would contact you to find a solution.  

• Exchange cannot be claimed on products held to have been used inappropriately, as determined by Hues Studio.
• ​ Discounted products will not be eligible for exchange.
• Exchange is eligible if the product received is different from the product for which the order was placed.
• Exchange is eligible if the product received is damaged, as determined by Hues Studio. In this case, the customer is required to Email us the picture within 24 hours of receiving the product at teamhues2019@gmail.com.
• Manufacturing defect in the product will be considered for Exchange. The right to determine the manufacturing defect is reserved with Hues Studio.
• The request for exchange should be made within the next 48 hours after the product has been received by the customer through mail or our Instagram handle.
• The customer is required to courier the product within 7-10 days from the date it was delivered. In such a case the cost is to be borne by the customer.
• Exchange is eligible if the product received is different from its description as determined by Hues Studio, however the slight change in colour is not an acceptable flaw for exchange. An exchange will be offered for the same or higher purchase value. In case of a price difference, the store will not refund the cash to the customer.
