What We Do to Help You Choose Right:

  • Detailed Photos: Multi-angle images of every product so you can see it from all sides.  
  • Real-Life Utility Shots: We show what fits inside—because we know how important that is. 
  • Close-up Views: For you to clearly see textures, finishes, and colors of our vegan leather and canvas.
  • Exact Measurements & Specs: So you can double-check sizes before adding to cart.
  • Pre-order Support: Ask us anything on Instagram or WhatsApp—we’re happy to help with comparisons, styling advice, and even real-time videos.   

When We Accept Returns or Exchanges:

We understand that sometimes a product may not feel right once it reaches you. That’s why we offer no-questions-asked returns or exchanges, provided the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery and the product is unused, in original condition, with all tags intact.

Eligible Scenarios

You’re eligible for a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product (free exchange)
  • An item in your order is missing
  • The product is significantly different from what was shown
  • The size or material doesn’t match what our team personally assured you over chat or call
  • You’ve simply changed your mind (returns/exchanges applicable as per policy below)

Returns

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Approved refunds are processed after deducting shipping charges for both ways

Exchanges

  • Requests must be raised within the same 48-hour window
  • We manage the pickup and replacement end-to-end
  • Shipping charges for exchanges are borne by the customer
  • If the product is damaged or defective, the exchange is completely free

Important Notes

  • Orders placed during sales, special offers, or promotional discounts are not eligible for returns or exchanges
  • B1G3 orders are not eligible for cancellation, returns and exchanges as it is considered final sale item.
  • B1G3 orders can only be exchanged if the product received is damaged or defective, at no additional cost

To Be Eligible (Mandatory)

Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and share:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • An unboxing video (mandatory for missing items or damaged packaging)

Without an unboxing video, such requests cannot be processed.

We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges If:

  • The request is raised after 48 hours
  • The order was placed using a sale, special offer, or promotional discount
  • The item is a free product or free gift
  • The product is personalised or custom-made

How the Exchange Process Works

  1. Pickup is arranged within 1–2 working days
  2. Please pack the product securely in the original box, with tags intact
  3. Once received, the replacement is shipped within 3–5 working days
  4. In case we are not able to arrange for reverse shipment, customer needs to ship package back to our registered address. Shipping cost will be settled upon receival of the package.
