To help you make an informed decision, we:
- Provide multi-angle photos of each bag
- Include images that show the actual storage capacity with everyday items placed inside.
- Share close-up views so you can clearly see the finish, texture, and color of our premium vegan leather and canvas.
- Clearly mention product measurements, specifications, and features in the descriptions.
Return & Exchange POLICY
We’re confident you’ll love your purchase—but if your order reaches you with a manufacturing defect, missing items, transit damage, or is significantly different from what was shown, we’re here to make it right.
- In such rare cases, we will happily offer a replacement or an exchange or a return at no additional cost whatsoever.
- If you simply do not like the product, we will offer an exchange but the shipping cost has to be borne by the customer.
- If the size or material of the bag, as assured by our team over chat or call, does not match as promised, we will be happy to offer an exchange or return based on your preference.
HOW TO APPLY FOR AN Exchange or a replacement
All we ask is that you let us know within 42 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/videos that show the issue.
We advise you to keep the unboxing video handy in case of receipt of damaged box or missing items in the order. This helps us resolve it quickly and ensure your experience remains smooth and positive.
Returns Not Accepted In the Following Cases:
To maintain the integrity of our handcrafted collections, we do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preferences after receiving the product.
- Size not being suitable (we urge you to check measurements carefully before ordering).
- Slight variation in color, texture, or finish.
- Delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, courier issues, etc).
- Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect.
Personalized / Customised Products
Personalized products are created especially for you, from scratch, only after your order is received. These are handcrafted as per your selected customization and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation unless there is a genuine defect or issue from our side.
We hope you understand that such pieces are made uniquely and cannot be resold or reused.
Return/Exchange Process
Once the reuqest for an exchange or return has been accepted, We will arrange for a pickup in 1-2 days. We expect the following while handing over the product to the courier company:
- The product should be packed in a box with original tags intact and dustbox so that it does not get damaged during the transit.
- Once the product reaches us, we will dispatch the new bag from our warehouse and it should reach you in under 3 to 5 business days.
REFUND TIME WINDOW
- Once the product reaches us, we assure that refund process will be initiated immediately.
- The refunded money should reflect in your account immediately or in max 5-7 business days.
- If money does not get credited in your account in the above said timeline, please reach out to us via email, whatsapp or phone.
