- Exact Measurements & Specs: So you can double-check sizes before adding to cart.
- Pre-order Support: Ask us anything on Instagram or WhatsApp, and we’ll help with comparisons, styling advice, and even real-time videos if you need.
When We Accept Exchanges or Replacements
While we don’t offer general returns, we’re always here to set things right if:
- You’ve received a defective or damaged product.
- An item in your order is missing.
- The product is significantly different from what was shown.
- The size or material doesn’t match what our team personally assured you over chat or call.
In these rare instances, we’ll offer you a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
If you simply changed your mind or didn’t love it? We can still offer an exchange—but the two-way shipping cost will need to be borne by you. Order placed during sale can not be cancelled.
To Be Eligible, Please Reach Out Within 48 Hours of Delivery
Kindly share:
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- An unboxing video (if items were missing or packaging was damaged)

We Do Not Accept Returns In These Cases:
To maintain the quality and integrity of our handcrafted pieces, we are unable to accept returns in the following cases:
- If the product didn’t suit your personal taste or preferences
- If the size wasn't checked properly before ordering
- Minor variations in texture, color, or shape—these are natural in handcrafted goods
- Delays caused by courier services, weather, or other external factors
- Sale, discounted, or promotional products (unless damaged or defective)
- Personalized or custom-made products—since they are made just for you, from scratch, and cannot be resold
We hope you’ll understand—every piece is made in small batches or one at a time, and it’s this very process that makes them special.
Personalized / Customised Products
Personalized products are created especially for you, from scratch, only after your order is received. These are handcrafted as per your selected customization and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation unless there is a genuine defect or issue from our side.
We hope you understand that such pieces are made uniquely and cannot be resold or reused.
How the Exchange Process Works
Once your exchange/replacement is approved:
- We’ll arrange a pickup within 1–2 working days.
- Please pack the product securely in the original box, with tags intact.
- Once it reaches us, we’ll ship the new piece within 3–5 working days.
REFUND TIME WINDOW
We only offer refunds in rare, approved cases where the issue cannot be resolved with an exchange or replacement.
- Once the product reaches us, we assure that refund process will be initiated immediately.
- The refunded money should reflect in your account immediately or in max 5-7 business days.
- If money does not get credited in your account in the above said timeline, please reach out to us via email, whatsapp or phone.
