Return & Exchange Policy

Return

  • As a made-to-order brand, each bag is specially crafted upon receiving an order, ensuring that our customers receive a freshly made, high-quality product rather than pre-stocked inventory. So, we do not have a return policy.
  • Additionally, every bag goes through a rigorous quality check before being dispatched to ensure it meets our high standards. This allows us to minimize any potential defects or issues.

We sincerely value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the size or material of the bag, as assured by our team over chat or call, does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer a return or exchange based on your preference.

Exchange

Although each bag go through quality check before dispatch but there still might be the case where you would like to exchange the bag. The criteria for the same is mentioned below.

  • Exchange is eligible if the product received is different from the product for which the order was placed.
  • Manufacturing defect in the product will be considered for an Exchange. The right to determine the manufacturing defect is reserved with Hues Studio.
  • Exchange is eligible if the product received is different from its description, however the slight change in colour is not an acceptable flaw for exchange. Any difference in the prices on either side can be settled by onliine mode of payment.
  • Exchange is eligible if the product received is damaged. In this case, the customer is required to Email us the picture within 24 hours of receiving the product at teamhues2019@gmail.com.
  • The request for exchange should be made within the next 48 hours after the product has been received by the customer through mail or our Instagram handle.

Cases when a bag is not eligible for an exchange:

  •  Exchange cannot be claimed on products held to have been used inappropriately, as determined by Hues Studio.
  • ​Discounted products will not be eligible for exchange.

Return/Exchange Process

Once the reuqest for an exchange or return has been accepted, We will arrange for a pickup in 1-2 days. We expect the following while handing over the product to the courier company:

  • The product should be packed in a box with original tags intact and dustbox so that it does not get damaged during the transit.
  • Once the product reaches us, we will dispatch the new bag from our warehouse and it should reach you in under 3 to 5 business days.
  • All the shipping chages will be borne by us so that there is no liability on you.

REFUND TIME WINDOW

  • Once the product reaches us, we assure that refund process will be initiated immediately.
  • The refunded money should reflect in your account immediately or in max 5-7 business days.
  • If money does not get credited in your account in the above said timeline, please reach out to us via email, whatsapp or phone.
