Shipping Policy

We know how important it is for you to receive your purchased product in good condition and on time. So, we use a large network of shipping partners to deliver our products to you as early and safely as possible.

• Currently, we do PAN India delivery only. For International orders, you can reach out to us via email, whatsapp or phone. 
• Shipping is Free for all prepaid orders for all our products within India.
• The Standard delivery takes between 3-5 business days depending on the location. 
• We also have an option of EXPRESS DELIVERY and can deliver within 48 hours. It is chargeable at Rs 250 - Rs 350 depending on the location. Please reach out to us in case you would like to opt for it.
• Partial COD charges are applicable @Rs 250. It goes directly to courier companies as handling charges of COD Orders.
• Our shipping timelines mentioned above is the typical time frame (for 90% of packages) for our shipping vendors to make the deliveries pan-India. However, occasionally it takes an extra 1-2 days to complete the delivery and in rare instances, the shipping vendor needs more time. So, in case the deliveries are time-sensitive (for eg: needed urgently before a trip), we would not recommend taking the chance with standard delivery if the time available is short.

As a made-to-order brand, we take pride in crafting fresh, new bags just for you, rather than relying on pre-stocked inventory. This ensures that every bag is thoughtfully made with care, maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. While this means a little extra wait time, it also means receiving a bag that is freshly handcrafted, never sitting in storage, and made exclusively for you.
