To stand by that promise, every bag purchased after January 19, 2026, comes with a 6-month hardware warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers functional issues with the hardware components that hold your bag together. If a zip stops working, a lock breaks, or a hook or rivet fails, we’ve got you covered.

What We Cover:

• Zippers: Jamming, breaking, or failure to open/close properly.
• Locks & Closures: Failure to latch or secure the bag effectively.
• Structural Hardware: Hooks, rings, or rivets that come loose or stop functioning.

What Isn’t Covered:

• Damage caused by overloading the bag or carrying sharp, unsuitable objects.
• Natural signs of wear and tear that occur over time.
• Change of mind or cosmetic, non-functional concerns.
