How often is the website updated with new products?

To keep updated about new collections and re-stocks, subscribe on our website for regular email updates.

What material are our products made of?

All our products are made up of 100% vegan leather and drill canvas fabric.

What do you mean by  bags that are water resistant?

Water resistant  means the bag has an outer material which helps slow down the penetration of the water inside the bag, thus saving the items inside the bag from getting wet. The bag can withstand moderate rains comfortably and can hold water from seeping in for quite some time.  

What do you mean by vegan leather?

Vegan leather is a kind of synthetic leather that does not involve any animal cruelty.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How do I take care of my Hues products?

Our products are made of  canvas and Vegan Leather, so we recommend you to keep your item(s) dry.

To keep your bags and accessories clean, wipe them with a soft dry cloth. When they are not in use, store them in a protective dust bag provided with the purchase in a clean, cool and dry place.

All our materials are carefully crafted and sourced for their unique qualities. Any incidental marks, tonal changes and/or textural variances are part of the material’s natural characteristic and should not be considered as imperfections. 

The bags can also be dry cleaned incase they get dirty. 

WARRANTY

Does Hues Studio provide warranty on the products?

We provide warranty for the hardware items in our bags. Please note that minor wear and tear is not covered, as it is normal with usage.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What if product received is damaged or defective?

While we take extreme care in packaging and quality control, we understand that unexpected situations can arise during transit. In the rare case that your bag arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement of the product.

To process a replacement:

  1. Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Share clear images of the damaged product and packaging.
  3. Our team will assess the claim and arrange a replacement if eligible.

However, such cases are extremely rare as we ensure secure and sturdy packaging for every order.

What are the Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds?

When we accept returns or exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product may not feel right once it reaches you.  That’s why we offerno-questions-asked returns or exchanges, provided the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery  and the product is unused, in original condition, with all tags intact.    
  • If you’ve received a defective or damaged product      
  • If an item in your order is missing
  • If the product is significantly different from what was shown
  • If the size or material doesn’t match what our team personally assured you over chat or call 

Returns: Returns are accepted with no questions asked if requested within 48 hours of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed after deducting shipping charges (both forward and return shipping).        

Please note: Purchases made during sale periods, special offers, or promotional discounts are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges: Exchange requests must also be placed within the same 48-hour window. While we manage the pickup and replacement process end-to-end, shipping charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue  
  • An unboxing video (if items were missing or packaging was damaged.
  • Without an unboxing video, no request will be entertained under no circumstances
WE DO NOT ACCEPT OR ENTERTAIN RETURNS IN THESE CASES:
  • If the return or exchange request is raised after the 48-hour eligibility window has passed
  • If the order was placed using a special offer, sale, promotional discount, or campaign pricing
  • If the item received is a free product / free gift, as these are considered final sale items
  • If the product didn’t suit your personal taste or preferences
  • If the size wasn't checked properly before ordering
  • Minor variations in texture, color, or shape—these are natural in handcrafted goods 
  • Delays caused by courier services, weather, or other external factors
  • Personalized or custom-made products, as they are made specially for you and cannot be resold.
HOW THE EXCHANGE PROCESS WORKS
  • We’ll arrange a pickup within 1–2 working days
  • Please pack the product securely in the original box, with tags intact      
  • Once it reaches us, we’ll ship the new piece within 3–5 working day.

How do I exchange for a different bag?

Contact us via whatsapp or email; our team will assist. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the bag

Can I return a bag?

To return the product, please make the request within 48 hours of receiving it and ensure the original tag is intact and the item is unused. Please keep the unboxing video ready

How long does it take to process a return or refund?

Once you’ve placed your return request, we’ll arrange a pick-up within 24–48 hours. After we receive and inspect the bag, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

SHIPPING

Can we update the shipping address and contact number after placing an order?

Yes, it is possible to update the shipping address and contact number under the following conditions:Before Dispatch: If the product has not been dispatched, you can edit the order details, including the shipping address and contact number.After Dispatch: Once the product has been dispatched, we are unable to edit the order details.

Is shipping free for prepaid orders?

Yes, shipping is free for all prepaid orders. However, for COD orders courier there is an additional handling charge of Rs 250
