This warranty covers functional issues with the hardware components that hold your bag together. If a zip stops working, a lock breaks, or a hook or rivet fails, we’ve got you covered.

All products are made to order and shipped within 5-7 days. Custom orders may take 7–10 days depending on the product. You’ll receive order updates on WhatsApp and email.

Damaged/defective on arrival? We’ll take care of it with an exchange support process, including pickup and replacement. A box opening video is required for our team to verify and resolve it quickly.
