This warranty covers functional issues with the hardware components that hold your bag together. If a zip stops working, a lock breaks, or a hook or rivet fails, we’ve got you covered.

All products are made to order and shipped within 3–5 days. Custom orders may take 5–7 days depending on the product. You’ll receive order updates on WhatsApp and email.

• Limited-Edition Replacements: Replacements for verified damaged or defective pieces are subject to availability, as only a limited number of pieces from this collaboration will be produced. If the same piece is unavailable, our team will assist you with the refund to your original source of payment.
