At Hues Studio, we design our bags to be used, carried, and lived with. To stand by that promise, every bag purchased after January 19, 2026, comes with a 6-month hardware warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers functional issues with the hardware components that hold your bag together. If a zip stops working, a lock breaks, or a hook or rivet fails, we’ve got you covered.

All products are made to order and shipped within 3–5 days. Custom orders may take 5–7 days depending on the product. You’ll receive order updates on WhatsApp and email.

• Damaged/defective on arrival? We’ll take care of it with an exchange support process, including pickup and replacement. A box opening video is required for our team to verify and resolve it quickly.

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any exchange/return request. Read full return & exchange policy .
• For prepaid/COD orders returned to our warehouse due to non-acceptance or unavailability, any re-shipping or further delivery attempts will be borne by the customer.
• If we are unable to fulfil or deliver your order due to an unforeseen issue, a full refund will be issued.
