To stand by that promise, every bag purchased after January 19, 2026, comes with a 6-month hardware warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers functional issues with the hardware components that hold your bag together. If a zip stops working, a lock breaks, or a hook or rivet fails, we’ve got you covered.

Every Hues Studio piece is handcrafted and made to order with care. Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 working days. Customised orders may require 7–10 working days depending on the product. You'll receive regular order updates via WhatsApp and email from the moment your order is placed until it reaches you.
