At Hues Studio, we design our bags to be used, carried, and lived with. To stand by that promise, every bag purchased after January 19, 2026, comes with a 6-month hardware warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers functional issues with the hardware components that hold your bag together. If a zip stops working, a lock breaks, or a hook or rivet fails, we’ve got you covered.

All products are made to order and shipped within 3–5 days. Custom orders may take 5–7 days depending on the product. You’ll receive order updates on WhatsApp and email.

• Easy Returns & Exchanges: We want you to love what you choose. Pieces from this limited-edition collection can be easily returned or exchanged if they are not quite right for you.
• Refunds to Your Original Payment Method: No credit note restriction for this collection. Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Damaged or Defective on Arrival? We’ll take complete care of it, including pickup and replacement at no additional cost. Simply share a box-opening video with our team so we can verify the issue and resolve it quickly.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process over WhatsApp, email or Instagram.
• Limited Edition Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability as only a limited number of pieces from this collection will be produced. If your preferred piece is unavailable, you may choose a return and refund instead.
• If we are unable to fulfil or deliver your order due to an unforeseen issue, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
